Documents for your registration with the Faculty
In order to proceed with your registration with the Faculty, your application checklist must be complete by July 31, 2025.聽 This includes proof of program completion (including degree granted where applicable) and final results of any outstanding prerequisites.聽聽
Official Transcripts
The Undergraduate Medical Admissions Office reserves the right to require official academic records at any time during the admissions process, and refuse admission, or rescind any offer of admission made if discrepancies between unofficial and official record(s) are found. Official transcripts sent to 成人大片 University become the property of the University and will not be returned or forwarded to other institutions.
Transcripts written in a language other than English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation.
The Official Transcripts, must be sent directly from the institution to the following mailing address or by email, official electronic transcripts are preferred if available (consult the list of聽贰虫肠别辫迟颈辞苍蝉听below before聽submitting the request to your institution):

Transcripts of studies at any Quebec CEGEP are received directly from the Ministry. Transcripts received by the Ministry are considered official.

Documents for your registration with the University
The University's Legal Documents - Forms & Reference Materials website for the necessary forms and supporting documentation required for all students of 成人大片 University.聽 Documents received by our Office will be shared with the rest of the University after the Faculty Registration date of August 14.聽 If you wish to expedite the process, you may submit this information directly to Enrolment Services as by following the instructions provided on their website.
Documents for your registration with the CMQ
As part of the registration process, you will be required to register with the Coll猫ge des m茅decins du Qu茅bec (CMQ).聽 聽We ask that newly admitted students familiarize themselves with the process and collect the beforehand to expedite the registration process once properly introduced at Orientation.
