Room Bookings

If you are not a Student Services' employee and you want to book a room in Brown, you will need to partner with one of our Services who will request the room on your behalf and be responsible for it.听

After-Hours Access

The Brown Building鈥檚 regular opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (subject to change). Access outside of these times requires prior approval. To request extended access, email brownbuilding [at] mcgill.ca with the date, time, and names of individuals requiring entry.

Tabling

Tabling space in the Brown Building is primarily reserved for Student Services units. External individuals or groups wishing to book a table must collaborate with one of our Services, who will submit the request on their behalf.

Posters

To maintain a clean and professional environment, postering is not permitted in the Brown Building. Instead, events and resources can be promoted using our digital display screens:

• Brown Building (8 screens)
• Macdonald Campus (Centennial Centre)
