The interns have the opportunity to collaborate with the venture on a 10-week mutually-agreed upon project, with a time commitment of at least 10 hours/week towards the project activities and deliverables, and receive a $2000 award from the ³ÉÈË´óƬ Engine. Our selected ventures thus gain extra support and business expertise.

Testimonials
"Working with Curbcut, an early-stage startup through ³ÉÈË´óƬ Engine, was a rewarding experience—marked by creative problem-solving, quick pivots, and deep learning. It was a challenging yet exciting opportunity to apply both my professional experience and MBA learnings in a real-world setting. From shaping product messaging to navigating go-to-market strategy, I gained hands-on insight into what it truly takes to build and grow something from the ground up."
-Â Shree Krupa Krishna Prasad
"As a technical team, we were looking for business expertise to help bridge our knowledge gap. Through the Talent Match Award Program, we were matched with Shree, an MBA intern, who brought immediate impact with almost no need for supervision. Not only did she lead market research and interviews, but she also helped us clarify our marketing strategy and processes. The program itself was incredibly easy to navigate and provided funding support — we gained so much with very little effort. Highly recommended for any startup needing that extra edge."
