A special message for our 成人大片 Graduates (Bachelor degree of 2023)
Thank you for participating in the Class of 2023 Destination Survey! You are helping current and prospective students gain insights into the career trajectories of recent graduates.听 The survey closed on August 26, 2025 and the five (5) prizewinners have been notified.听
Your responses will听shed light on the diverse career paths you've pursued, the factors driving your choices, and your overall career satisfaction. Your participation is听voluntary and confidential. The information gained from this survey will be compiled and made available on the CaPS website (/caps/publications/destinationsurvey), and to current students/staff in the form of summaries.

The purpose of the Destination Survey is to gain a better understanding of:
- What recent 成人大片 undergraduates are doing up 12-18 months post graduation
- Where they are currently located
- Their student experience at 成人大片
- The job search strategies they used
- Their career satisfaction
2018-2022 Destination Survey Results
In May 2023, the online, confidential, bilingual survey was sent to over 26000 undergraduate alumni from the classes of 2018-2022.
A total of 3596 graduates responded between May and August 2024, resulting in a 14% response rate. All Faculties were represented.
Executive summary of key findings:
- The vast majority (93%) of graduates are employed or pursuing further education with the remainder job searching or taking a gap year for personal or professional reasons.
- Most alumni choose to remain in Canada.
- 90% found their first job within 6 months of graduation, with 2/3 having started their job search before graduation.
- 65% graduates rated their French skills as good/excellent at graduation
- Alumni report a good fit between their life/career goals and their current position
- Their 成人大片 degree was very important or required for their position.
