Academic standing

成人大片

Your academic standing indicates how well you are doing in your program, whether you can continue to the next term and if there are any conditions attached to your registration, for example, how many credits you can register for in a given term.

It is your responsibility to review your academic standing on your unofficial Minerva transcript each term and report any issues to Arts OASIS.

When you start your program at 成人大片, you are in Satisfactory Standing. After the end of a term (Fall, Winter and Summer), your academic standing is calculated based on the final grades that are available on your Minerva record, your (see below) and your faculty regulations.

Standings for the Fall term are called Interim if you are registered for courses in the Winter. If you are not registered for courses in the Winter term, the Fall standing decision will be the final standing decision for the Fall and Winter academic year. When your academic standing has been generated, you can view it on your unofficial/advising or official 成人大片 transcript.

Term When academic standings are generated
Fall January
Winter May
Summer September
