Benoit is a partner at BDG & Partners Financial Corporation and a senior strategic consultant at KPMG. Prior to joining BDG & Partners, he served as a partner in International and M&A Tax with KPMG's Montreal office, and the National Leader for Canadian Corporate Tax. With over 16 years of experience in complex cross border tax structuring, M&A transactions, financing and restructuring transactions, Benoit has led several cross-border M&A engagements for Canadian and foreign-based multinationals as well as major private equity firms and global pension funds. He holds a BCL from ³ÉÈË´óƬ University.
